Rotary dictionaries for life are illustrated dictionaries distributed to children to promote literacy, learning, and lifelong educational development.
Rotary Clubs worldwide, including initiatives like Dictionary 4 Life and the Bill and Lorna Boyd Charitable Trust Rotary Dictionary Project, provide children with their own copies of illustrated dictionaries, often targeting students in lower socio-economic areas. These dictionaries are designed to be engaging, with over 1,000 color illustrations, 10,000 entries, and 20,000–25,000 definitions, making them accessible and useful for children and their families
