The Ottawa Mission thanked us for the $500 we donated over Christmas. They also invited us to participate in their Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser, Alex will get more information.

Rotaract News: Katlin informed us that Rotaract Ottawa South is holding a coffeehouse fundraiser for ShelterBox. 8:30pm Thursday Jan 30 at Carleton University.

Peter paraded the perimeter of the table collecting loonies and our thanks.
50/50
Jacques was the raffle master and presided over the 50/50 draw. Alex (not Sam!) had the winning ticket, but the Joker eluded him.
Guest Speaker
Matt Muzzi from Wounded Warriors was presented with a cheque for $5,000. This was raised last year at our Polo in the Park Ottawa event.
Matt thanked RCOS for our support. He gave us an update on the activities and services offered by the Wounded Warriors.
President Alex ended the meeting promptly at 1:30pm.
