"A Small Club Making a Big Impact"
Speaker: Danny Pietersen, President of the Rotary Club of Atlantis, located just outside Cape Town, South Africa joined us via Zoom
Danny described the many community projects his club of 23 members are involved in. Listed below are just some of the projects:
- Community Gardens
- Building Toilets
- Wheelchair Programs
- Soup Kitchens
- Clean Water Projects
- Safe Libraries for Students
- Medical Care for Pensioners
The Rotary Club of Atlantis, though modest in membership, demonstrates remarkable dedication and compassion. Their efforts are significantly addressing the needs of the local community, making a meaningful impact in the lives of the people they serve. The Rotary members work tirelessly to improve the well being of their community. Danny's presentation was truly inspiring, and it would be a great honor to collaborate with The Rotary Club of Atlantis on their significant projects.
