A couple years ago, under then President Alex Davidson, our club underwent a fairly thorough and well-structured strategic review.
It involved pre-interviews, group discussion, facilitated sessions and much compiling. It was an enlightening process that provided some direction and helped define purpose.
With the pandemic disrupting out club's normal activities and pre-existing flow, it was felt that we should revisit and review the strategic plan. We'll take several meetings to review , discuss and develop a renewed implementation plan.
In this meeting, Alex walked us through the process, reviewed where our club was at that time and the summarized the findings. Since we have several new members over the past couple years, it was a terrific introduction for them, and a good refresher for everyone else.
