Happy Bucks
Rosemary graciously glided around the table goading us for our glad tidings and grabbing a buck as she did so.
Hector was the 50/50 MC. Peter Pauker pledged a paper for Peter White; the particular paper was picked, but the Joker reneged. Proving that a Peter in hand is better than two in the bush.
Update on Polo in the Park Ottawa
Monique brought us up to speed on the work that had been done, and what was still required of volunteers to help with set-up, the actual day, and take-down. She thanked our club for the support that they have sown for PITPO this year, many hands make the work lighter for all.
She also ran through the long list of entertainment and activities. There are many activities this year, it is a huge undertaking with activities scheduled from 9am – 5pm. We look forward to seeing you there.
President Joan ended the meeting promptly at 1:30pm.
The M’s have it! Mahamud, Monique and Mack show one of the roadside/lawn signs that will be placed in neighbourhoods close to Pol in the Park Ottawa.
