Lunch meeting was held at KS on the Keys      Scribe: Scott Vetter
  • Bernie updated us with great news on the Golf Tournament - we're sold out! So now we all need to sell Tee signs and source items for the auction. Let's try to make this golf tournament our best fundraiser ever!
  • Mother's Day Roses: The staff at The Flower Shop will box the roses for us. Sell, sell, sell. The push is on now for roses, speak to your contacts and bring your forms in to Melissa and Joan.
  • We'll need volunteers to help deliver roses on May 10, pick up is early morning at the White House.
  • Capital City Clean-up at corner of Bank Street and Rotary Way, April 28 form 10 - 12am. Go to online sign-up sheet or speak to Scott.
  • Somali Hope Foundation annual gala: Saturday April 27 evening. See Joan for tickets.
  • Unfortunately the Ottawa City mural application that we supported was not accepted, so that will not proceed.
  • Changeover will be Wednesday June 26 in the evening. Possibly at Sam's house (TBD),
Happy Bucks
President Joan was happy to collect our Happy Bucks, and we were happy to share.
President Joan and Alex teamed up to handle the 50/50 draw, but they were no match for Lucky Sam. Yes, he had the winning ticket and yes he drew the Joker.
Ian reviewed ideas for speakers and topics.
President Joan ended the meeting promptly at 1:30pm.
