Jeanine is looking into new RCOS t-shirts. Quality and Canadian-made for approx $25, more details to follow.
Sam confirmed that we will be sharing a tent/booth at the Lebanese Festival – July 17 – 21/2019: We will display our banner, hand out pamphlets and perhaps have a raffle. Ideas include hotel and restaurant certificates, food basket... Joan will look into this. Sam, Alex and Luigi will plan how we can maximize this to promote the club and attract new members. We will need members to be onsite weekday evenings and weekend afternoons.
Scott confirmed that we have the lottery licence and insurance for the National Car Show on 28 July 2019 from 10am - 8pm at Wesley Clover Park. We are waiting on the SOP liquor licence. We'll need approx 24 volunteers so get your Smart Serve as well as a family member, friend, colleague and neighbour.. it will be a lot of fun!
We would like to take another opportunity to again recognize Ian and Monique Warrack as valued Rotarians for the many years they have been active members.

Ex-prez Joan ex-presided over the 50/50. Melissa had the lucky ticket but drew a ten, somehow fitting, not the Joker. Sam assures us that the pot is around $120, and growing
Guest Speaker
No guest speaker today. We enjoyed each other's company and Alex spoke of how he would like to utilize meetings without speakers and General Assemblies.
President Alex ended teh meeting promptly at 1:30pm.
