Bonnie Black is a Past-Governor and the current Vice-Governor as well as Director, Rotary Foundation Canada for District 7040. She has been very involved with Rotary for many years and has held many senior positions at bothe the Club and District levels. She knows Rotary and understands the importance of the Foundation in delivering international aid.
