Ledbury Banff Community Scholarship Program is an exceptional program founded and directed by Michael Small. RCOS raised money at our annual Round-up for Literacy event and contributed two $500 scholarships. Committee Chair Maria Saracino and Club President Terry Roman presented the cheque.
