Happy Bucks
Rosemary collected our loonies as we shared what we were grateful for this week.

50/50
Sam looked after our draw: Ori had the winning ticket, but not the Joker so the pot continues to grow (though we still aren't sure just how much that is).

Presentation from Healthbridge
Rosemary introduced Lisa MacDonald and Chad O'Halloran from HEalthbridge

HealthBridge is an international, non-profit, non-governmental organization that has been working since 1982 in Asia, Africa and the Americas.  We aim to improve the health of vulnerable populations, including those at risk of malnutrition, infectious disease and emerging epidemics, such as obesity and non-communicable diseases (NCDs), by bridging the gap between needs and technologies, evidence and policies, and policies and practice.

HealthBridge helps local partners develop and implement appropriate solutions, apply innovative and sustainable practices, and promote effective policies.

Chad and Lisa described some of the programs that they are working on, including saving the lives of mothers and babies in Nepal and Vietnam.

Ian, pour resident MD, thanked them and presented RCOS mugs.

President Peter ended the meeting promptly at 1:30pm.
